[CBML] Totaler Krieg on Cyberboard

I'm just getting started with cyberboard and the purpose was to 
play "TK". I going through turn one and it's the Western Allies turn. 
They get one step as a build but I see no British units in the tray. 
Anybody else have this ussue?
