I'd love to be able to stop mailbots like this at the borders, but the
moderation feature is available at the user level, not the message
content level.  Once a member has submitted a valid message to the
group, our policy is that member's posts are no longer moderated. 
This has helped with the "drive-by" spamming that seems to plague
these groups, but I don't think we can react globally to this sort of
poor judgment on a naive Internet abuser's part.  About all I can do
is put the guy back on the moderated "watch list."
