1) Yes, assuming that you've created the game scenario with players, 
then select tray properties and assign it an owner and then select 
its visibility options, both sides, back side, and if the visibility 
applies the tray's owner.

2) I am not aware of any mechanism that will display rotation in 
the 'selection window'.
