To download the Europa Eastern (Fire in the East/Scorched Earth/Urals/Narvik/MM) gamebox (with the default setups from TEMs) along with all the scenarios/campaign games go to:
http://www.limeyyankgames.co.uk/ Click on the left Gameboxes and then scroll all the way to the bottom to access all the gameboxes (click Access All Gameboxes). In the search box type in Fire and you should see the game box to download. Classic Europa.zip is what will be downloaded.
