Hi Bill, I'm not entirely sure that I've understood your question correctly but here's my attempt at some sort of answer (hope it's some use).
Firstly, I presumed that you meant the "BGG = Board Game Geek" site and that "BBG" was a dyslexic fingers typo, so I went and had a look. I found the BBG "War at Sea" page quite quickly but was also really puzzled at first because, having followed the link to the supposed gamebox from the files section of the page, I found a page which appeared to have only some pictures of the components but no gamebox. However, I happened to spot, at the bottom of the page, a little section called "Captcha" or something like that. The Captcha object on the page resembles the type of anti-spam device which Yahoo uses to filter out spambots when you apply to join one a Yahoo group. (You may remember the thing I'm referring to. In order to have your membership application processed, you have to transcribe some very difficult to read text into a text field. If you get it right then the system assumes you aren't a "spambot" trying to invade the group and processes your application.) Anyway, the Captcha object on the BGG gamebox page also requires you to enter some difficult to read text whereupon, if you get it right, the page refreshes with the links to the gamebox download now visible. Then you just click on the link and the download should start. One odd thing that I did notice about the download process is that it starts the CBDesign program but doesn't open the gamebox being downloaded, so I then had to find out where the gamebox file had been downloaded to before I could open it and see it. (In my case it had been downloaded to the Temp folder on my root directory, at the address C:\Temp). Once I'd found it, it was possible to open it using CBDesign and deal with it as a gamebox. (Odd download process though.) Hope this helps. If you get really stuck to get a copy of the gamebox, let me know and I'll download it and email it to you.
