I get this a lot too ... A sign on the wall telling customers ... All Computer time "MUST" be paid for. The management holds "NO" responsibility for problems and unavailability of websites, especially Hotmail, Yahoo etc ... We apologise for any inconvenience, but it is beyond our control.
