Hey guys (and girls)! I've been passively recieving emails from this list
for a month or so, and now i have a few questions. I am thinking about
starting my own cafe here in the U.S. (Texas), and I was wondering if any
of you had any helpful info. First of all, what kind of sales volume are
you all doing? I know every cafe is different, but a general idea might
help me out. For anyone who's cafe sells coffe as well- do you make more
from the coffee or the internet usage? Coffee shops are very successful in
my town, as there is huge demand and only 2 coffee shops, so I am trying to
figure out the best way to use my space. When all of you started your
cafes, did you get the chance to look at anyone else's business plan, and
if so, where did you get it? I have so many questions but I guess I'll stop
here for now.
