Throughout Central America, Hotmail is simply too unreliable to use --
not just in the last couple of weeks, but always. I haven't noted any
worsening lately, but then again, they couldn't get any worse.
I wish I knew what the problem was. Over half of my customers use
Hotmail, and I'm not going to be able to talk them out of it.
