Yes, I believe it's 40K. I hope that you are not planning on sending a
large message. There is no reason to send big messages to the
list. Usually you can put a link to the larger text for those who are
interested. Or alternately offer to send your larger file via private mail
to those who are interested, then pay attention to who you are sending it
to to make sure you don't send it to the list.
