Seems we're talking about two different publications. I understood the
reference to the publication by Ernst Larsen, ~Internet Cafe Guide~,
(Norway, Internet Cafe Guide, 1999) ISBN 82-994813-0-9. This publication
IS a cafe listing and NOT a guide to help owners get started.
Perhaps when list members refer to a book publication, it would be a good
idea to give the full bibliographic reference to avoid confusion.
