Clever idea. Wish I had thought of it. They buy large interests in (how
many) going cybercafes with worthless pre-IPO stock. Once they get the
stakes in the cc's, the IPO becomes viable. Neat! Of course, why any
cybercafe owner would give them a stake in his/her place for worthless
pre-IPO stock raises some interesting questions.
