Hello everyone for the first time. I have been reading the messages for a little while now and gotten a lot of help. I am in east Toronto, cold Canada and will be opening a new cafe beginning of January. For a less expensive start-up, I am leasing space in an existing cafe so that my initial expenses are only computer related. I realize that I will be losing f&b profit, but I need to learn that end of the business since I am more tech experienced. If you have any wisdom to share with me, I would be more than grateful, since this is a first business venture by a middle-aged female, whose husband is quite skeptical. Also, we drive to Nashville, Tennessee every year to visit children, so if there is a cybercafe between Toronto and Tennessee that is willing to give me a tour I would love to visit.
