I have 3 issues/questions I would like to raise with list members.
1. SPAMs
A few weeks ago I had to help some poor hotmail user, who had not
switched
on inbox protector, who had 752 messages in his inbox. 750 SPAMs, including
the same spam repeated 400+ times, and 2 messages from Hotmail saying
account overlimit.
As a matter of course I report all SPAMs I receive.
What do you do about SPAMs?
2. Hotmail's Service
Hotmail drives me crazy when it goes down. Do other people find Hotmail
problematic?
3. Mail Package
I currently use Outlook Express for people who want to send e-mails but
have no e-mail address and do not want to sign up for a Hotmail/Yahoo etc
account.
The problem I have is that it is very easy to change the account details.
Has anyone found a mail package that you can protect the default e-mail
account? Has anyone found another solution.
