I cannot help you with your problem but noticed that you
are running IE5.5
I've recently removed this from my 21 computers because I found a flaw in
it. (reported to Microsoft)
The flaw is this:
Reply to a message(Hotmail is good for this) and BEFORE it has built up the
box containing the original message try editing the original msg (delete it)
and IE5.5 will fall flat on it's face with an error in MSHTMLED.DLL
