Hi Hoop,
Check out Digital Access at:
www.digital-u.com/digitalaccess
Digital Access is a full featured management system that incorporates all
that you have mentioned. As for the user's running out of pre-paid time;
Digital Access has optional "Low-time Warning Lights" that can be used.
These warning lights illuminate when a user has X minutes of remaining time
and then blink on and off when they have only Y minutes remaining. Of
coarse, you set the X and Y times.
We will soon be releasing a totally re-written management package that will
be re-named PAC Manager. It is designed for use in a broader range of Public
Access Computer business types and a huge number of additional pricing and
time management options. One of the feature sets will enable you to choose
between various low-time warning methods and you can customize any message
presented to a customer. Unfortunately we don't have the details on PAC
Manager posted yet but check out Digital Access. PAC Manager will include
all of its features plus many expanded new features, including several
marketing tools not currently available in any existing systems.
Also, since you appear to be providing games, check out the Games
Enhancement module. I'm sure you will find it interesting and a solution to
many of the challenges you probably face in dealing with games.
