Friends, I've been looking a the on and off MOL messages and find it
interesting that many are in the constant search for THE best program for
you money. I did that for about a month before I got to find CafeSuite.
Maybe you remember a post of mine some weeks ago where I was searching for
a program that would control not only the amount of time consumed at the
PC, but also other services and goodies I sell here like pop sodas, cakes,
sandwiches, printing, scanning, etc., because these services can account
for a large chunk of the daily income.
Well, CafeSuite does all this. It is a very good program to control your
Cybercafe and most all operations you can carry in it. CafeSuite which is
developed in Poland. this program is translated to English and Spanish and
soon I understand will be in other languages as Przemeck -the author - is
working full time in it.
I have it installed in my cafe and it does the main things I need via a
"membership" - or prepaid account - from which we discount automatically
whatever service or article the user gets from us, including of course the
use of the PC. It is not that the user comes and sits in any machine puts
his name and password and starts interneting, because that feature is not
yet implmented, but will be soon as I was told by the author.
When I started to search for a cafe control software I looked at most all
programs in the Cybercafe.FAQ and this is the only one that has a good &
modest -down to earth - price of only $ 250.00 bucks for the first 10
stations and 50 for each additional 5, which is a fair and good price IMHO,
as most cybercafes start with some 10 PC's or so.
Also for those of you who might be interested, he is giving the full

Manual is non-existant but CafeSuite is easy and intuitive I didn't need one !
If you want the spanish 30-day-trial version of CafeSute I can send it to
you via e-mail, but please bear with us a couple of translation finger
mistakes that are in the process of correction.
Very soon a site for the spanish version will be available.
Please don't take this message as advertising or anything near, the program
is helping me a lot and it is good. The author is the sole programer and he
can use all the help he gets. Belive me, CafeSuite is good and will be
better and if womeone would have toldme about this program and it's price
