Actually, it was more obvious once I looked...
There was a file called reg.vbs in the StartUp directory which changed the
settings.
It's rather bad of a website to do things like that don't you think?
Or have I expressed too many opinions lately... :-)
Thanks for suggesting msconfig, I didn't know about that one.
