Last I talked to them, Bungie was open to the idea of letting cafes
run their games under their standard use license because they liked
the idea of their games being promoted in the cafe. This was at least
a couple of years ago, however, so you may want to check with them on
that. Activision, on the other hand, was squarely opposed to the idea.
There was also that interesting website, http://www.gamecopyworld.com
that was in discussion a while back...may want to poke around there
to see if there's anything mentioned.
