If you'd been on the list since 1996, you'd have seen the list go through at
least three similar hyperactivity phases. Even those phases each produced
something worthwhile. In fact, considering the time that they lasted, they
each produced more than the many totally inactive phases. Stick around,
Bill. With things in perspective, you may find that less time is wasted
than appears at first.
