The first thing I would suggest is that you and your partner do a business 
plan. You can enroll at your nearest college to the Leading Edge Business 
class which takes you through the business plan process. Or you can go to a 
local book store and purchase a plan outline and guide. I can't tell you how 
valuable a tool this is in starting a cybercafe. By the time you finish the 
plan, you will know if the cafe will work in your area or not.
