The article seems flawed in a number of ways the most
serious being that although S&W is part of Tomkins, it
was S&W management who apparently signed the deal without
reference to Tomkins senior management at all!
How S&W senior management thought they could sign up to
this agreement and not receive a backlash is beyond me.
