You are obligated to inform the police of any change of address yourself if you hold an FAC, so the police would be aware that way anyway. If the club member doesn't hold an FAC I don't think there is any requirement to inform the police of a change of address. The requirement is for the FAC holder to do it themselves. The club has to keep accurate records though, and the police can inspect those. Steve.
