Instead of CS Gas police officers could instead all be equipped with personal "Hare Krishna" chanters! They might not happy but I think that the general public would be a lot safer. When one recollects all the recent misuses of CS Gas by the police one shudders in horror at the thought of them being routinely armed, as a force, in the future.
