RORG (Royal Ordnance something or other?) 89 (or possibly 68 but unlikely) A circle containing a cross of St George I'm guessing it to be a military .223 case. TIA Pete -- Standard military brass. The cross in the circle is not a cross of St George, it is the NATO standardisation symbol. RORG means Royal Ordnance Radway Green, they changed it from "RG" when the powder type was changed as I recall. Steve.
