Possible, but two years off gave the other contenders a chance to “catch up” with their training & riding techniques. Age will be a factor as well. I don’t think he’ll have a problem finishing in the top ten or even winning several stages but taking the whole race may be a little tougher than before.

Looks like Lance is back! Read in USA Today that he's going to try again. He's working with Carmichael up in Aspen, CO. No team as of yet but there will be more details at the Clinton Global Initiative on Sept. 24.
