The Bearded Knight was doing all he could do holding on to your rear wheel on that final sprint Saturday. Chris is da man! Sunday morning, Jim, Doc & I rode the 30 mile Town Creek loop. No ego’s on Sunday as we just settled in for a nice brisk enjoyable pace. I just didn’t have enough gears to keep up with Doc’s 28 mph tailwind pace. Great ride! Sunday afternoon Kim, David D. and I also rode the 30 mile Town Creek loop. A popular ride during north east winds. Kim not having a working bike computer and doesn’t realize she kept a good 20 mph pace during her time out front. Another great ride and the winds again made for a good workout, just ask David. It was strange riding with Kim without some granola in my back pocket! No complaining, just an observation. I’ll let someone else describe the Saturday ride.
