Rachael and I had a nice warm up to Wells elementary. Then Rachael handed it to me in a three lap sprint with a 3 second head start. "Mom I wasn't even trying my hardest." I threatened her next time I'll bring my road bike! We had a nice cool down back to Kenan with a brist sprint from Kincaid to Clyde!
