Saturday Doc, Nick, Ronnie, Robert and I did 43 miles through
Middlesex. Ronnie looking for more miles went into Bailey
as we turned off at Stoney Hill Ch Rd. Nice to have a tailwind on that road
for change. Saw Tim and the breakfast group doing the same ride in the opposite direction.
Got cut off by a pig cooker and a fertilizer spreader, but no dogs, cows or bears.
Great weather for a morning ride, cool and overcast.
Sunday, Nick, Steve S and new guy Brian Gibson, did the 30 mile out to
Volis and back St. Mary's Ch Rd. Steve and Brian got off at Old Raleigh.
Very windy ride took 61 minutes to get out to St. Mary's Ch Rd and just 21 minutes to get
back to Bill's BBQ. Busted by Ronnie runnig a stop sign on Forest Hills Rd.
