Susan, Jonathan and myself rode to Princeton this morning for 61 miles.
Friendly pace with no sprints. Carbo loaded in Kenly and back through Rock
Ridge (Tornado Alley) You think the wind was bad today! I came home for a 20
min. power nap then headed out again for another 38 miles. Great day to rack
up some miles. I should be there tomorrow, 2:00. I really hate I missed that
Downing street sprint this morning.

Big group, Doc, Ronnie Steve T Steve S, Jay Murphy and his friend Mike.
Both ride for team BMC in Maryland. Steve S looked at them and said "they are
fast aren't they"
Yes pulled us along at 24 mph into the wind after about 25 min we had to
back off,
pace slowed some. did the 30 mile whirli park ride, good tail wind, Kudos to
Steve T, hung with
the lead two on the Downing St. sprint. Great morning for a ride, very
enjoyable, no animal sightings
Passed James Lamm heading out solo Downing St.
  Anyone else ride?
Sunday 2:00 I am questionable due to family, will try to make it.
  Jim
