Jim, Jon, Ben, Mike K., Prafka and myself enjoyed a very nice day of cycling.  Winds were at a minimum and temps were just below the hot zone.  Testosterone levels were still too high to keep the group together tonight as anybody who was in front of Jon was considered an attack.  I'm still hoping in the future we can ride more as a group as I'd like to keep participation levels high for this ride.  One day we're all gonna understand that if we'd quit sprinting off the front we keep the overall group average higher, though it was fun chasing Jon as he was tuning up for a hot date tonight.
