Doing what I can but to be honest I'd rather be putting in the miles that you 
are putting in.Cold beer makes for great recovery after a fun ride.But such as 
life I have to wait and do what I can.Walk laps around my kids 3 ft. deep by 16 
ft. pool and chill.

Weekend rides for me included continued sulking and pouting
while roaming around the house unable to ride.Asked my Doc. last week during
follow up and he said absolutely no riding until 30 days after surgery.I do
however get to drink beer and monitor the grill while recovering.So I guess
there is an upside no matter how small.

Nick ronnie and I did 50 on Sat incorproated the Buckhorn
Tri route, very hot.
Breakfast group did Middlesex
Sunday, Doc, Nick, Dan, Tim, Prafka and I did the 30 mile
potato hill ride, no hammer rules, lasted until
half way down Packhouse,  great tail wind efforts.
