I asked about Hornes Church road and he said that is a secondary road and will
not get asphalt.

Kim – I seems that Wilson County paves these roads with gravel and Nash County
with asphalt.  Hornes Church road had had this gravel pavement for years
without any asphalt covering.   Doc

Hey everyone-I talked to Bill Bass with the NCDOT and he said that the gravel
is on NC 58 to fill in cracks until the "hot mix" can be poured on the road.
This prolongs the life of the road a few years.  They will sweep the road which
he says will make things better, but it will have a gravel top until September
or October.

Have a great weekend. KB</table
