Don't worry, I know this week is/was pick on Ronnie week. Anyway, regarding your note below Chris, it has more to do with personal goals than the MS ride. Most of you guys get out during the week for solo or hammer rides of any length. The only time I generally have for that is weekends. Too much family stuff going on during week for anything over 10 miles or trainer. When I get out for longer rides I like to push it hard.

I saw you hiding behind that weed whacker on Monday. The next best thing is to run the chain (on bike) thru one of those cleaner gadgets. This cleans the chain ok but doesn't do much for the cassette & chain rings. Tim, not jealous, as I can only ride weekends for the most part anyway. Have second bike which stays on trainer. BTW, that was you riding by my house on Monday while I was finishing up yard work wasn't it? You were flying....uphill. wondered about the mechanical stuff to ronnie. I lightly rinsed the grime off w/ the hose. Maybe that is a novice mistake? Will relube before next ride. Had more grime on me than on the bike. Hosed that also.
