When I did the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, it was a lot of fun! I've missed racing in Tri's over the past few years. This year I bought a new Time Trial Bike and it is pretty fast... for what it is worth, I should easily do the Ironman distance in Wilmington at an average speed of 21mph or better. Presently I'm not entered in the Wilmington Ironman but would consider doing it this year as a relay member. So I'd probably be interested in racing on their team, but I'm just an old guy.... Maybe they would prefer someone younger. Tell them I'll keep an eye open for a younger cyclist for them. What are your thoughts?
