Hey everyone! This is really important and is a great way for you to voice your opinions/desires to the Parks/Rec! If you want to see more riding or walking areas, etc, this is the time to do it. The City of Wilson Parks and Recreation staff wants to hear your opinion on the services we offer. Staff is mailing a survey to 2,500 Wilson residents this week, but you can participate online. All Wilson citizens are invited to participate. The survey includes questions about parks and rec facilities, available services, even a section on how future funds could be allocated. The short 16-question survey takes just a few minutes to complete. Parks and Recreation has made great strides in Wilson in recent years with the addition of the new baseball and soccer fields at the Gillette Athletic Complex. We want your help to make the future even better for Wilson's children. The survey is part of the City's 2030 Comprehensive Plan effort that will map the vision for Wilson's long-term future. The comp plan process will include several more public sessions in the forum where you can offer input. To take part in the survey, go to http://www.surveytab.com/wr1/.
