KP Bert
What if we meet at the store where Old Carriage Road and Bend of the River Road intersects around 10:30. KP, that would be 12 miles from Red Oak. 24 mph would get you there in 30 min. That sound about right? Bert and I would have an 11 mile trek to get there, so we should leave Starbucks around 9:45 as we're much slower. Will touch base in the morning. Bert, I live in Red Oak; so 10 miles N. of Hwy 97. I've got 90 miles and I'd like to start at 10:00. I personally would like to start at the Red Oak Park (directly in front of Red Oak Middle School) where there are bathrooms and a track for my run after. You all could meet me there at 10:00 or tell me where to meet you en route. So, I'll be heading out from there at 10:00, let me know where you'll be and when. Looking forward to seeing you. kp I'm going to bed now. I'll check back for instructions in the a.m. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ From: surfsalterpath <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Sat, October 17, 2009 6:15:53 PM Subject: Re: [rockymountroadcyclists] Sunday ride ... 10 miles from the North end or the south end(RMT-W airport) of old carriage road? The "there and back" would give me some of the extra mileage I need. It's 10 miles from my house to the end of Old Carriage Rd. I could meet you in Wilson wherever you say. Depending on where, we could add in that mileage and respective time. kp ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: surfsalterpath <surfsalterpath@ gmail.com> To: rockymountroadcycli s...@yahoogroups. com Sent: Sat, October 17, 2009 6:06:48 PM Subject: Re: [rockymountroadcycl ists] Sunday ride ... 10am?
