What a great ride.  Great people, great weather
.....but some sorrybutthole litterbugs.  Wish we
could really do something about THAT!  If we see them
throw from their car we can report their slimy butts:

Seems this is the last domestique ride.  Kinnie, great luck in
your ironman tri,  I cannot imagine, but you have certainly been
dedicated to the preperation needed.  When you took off on that run
today i just shook my head...how in the world.  And how fortunate to
have
Tim right around the corner to help w/ the routes and motivation?

now Nick.....little did you know ...Kinnie was our domestique.  Tim
used
her to get in his mega miles and i to help my green bike legs.  We all
will take a little debbie sat as you offered.  Better look out when
tim
does a little debbie and the yoo-hoo.  I think I need more solo work
like
Kim has been doing!    You are welcome on the do-able part.
