Kinnie, great luck in your ironman tri, I cannot imagine, but you have certainly been dedicated to the preperation needed. When you took off on that run today i just shook my head...how in the world. And how fortunate to have Tim right around the corner to help w/ the routes and motivation? Awesome! now Nick.....little did you know ...Kinnie was our domestique. Tim used her to get in his mega miles and i to help my green bike legs. We all will take a little debbie sat as you offered. Better look out when tim does a little debbie and the yoo-hoo.
