Big crowd Sunday. Doc, Tim L., Kim, Ronnie, Dale, Steve S., David C., Bert, Pete (for a bit), Dan, and me. Did the new Bend of the River to Sharpsburg to Town Creek to Bridgersville and back. Good pace for most but too slow for Ronnie and Dan. They bugged out in Elm City and the rest of the group came in together.
Per COWs Rule 2.4, leaving the group that far from the finish, Ronnie and Dan are hit with a major penalty (as opposed to Bert's minor penalty for still having that damn frisbee stuck to his cassette) and according to the US Bicycle Association's "Uniform Penalties for Group Ride Violations", they forfeit any right to vote on Saturday start times or to suggest routes. And per the COWs' local addendum to this rule, Little Debbies and Yoo Hoos are on these two for the next ride.
