Same for NJ. Only two days good for riding. Rain and excessive winds (>35 mph w/ +40 gusts). Second day got out and pushed into a 27 mph headwind and had to cross a bridge that puts connor to shame. (David & Tim, I experienced what the BSG will be like climbing Snake). Anyway, 18+% grade for 1/4 mile with that headwind = very slow. Made up for it on the way back. Top speed = 47mph.
