For the SATY's - Tues found the thermostat turned down perfectly for exercising. There was no wind (fans were turned off). The sun was beaming healthful and energizing photons (sort of like a heat lamp in the sky) (sky - ceiling for the earth well lit and expansive). If it wasn't for the insult of being out of doors, it was almost a perfect SATY day. Doc
