I plan to leave the YMCA at 12pm Wed for the Lunch Box ride 20 miles and I dont need to be gone much more than an hour, sooooo my pase will be around 19-20. I needed a 20 miler today but I am not going to be able to get it in before dark so I will try to get in another lunch box "make-up" ride Thursday. Weather look nice Thursday!!
