I am a cyclist and am part of a group advocating for bike safety. I am also a wife and mom. Our cycling group sees some angry drivers on the roads who like to buzz by us or in some other way take out their frustration on a person trying to get a workout. Getting safely by a cyclist takes a few seconds of intelligent consideration. I wonder if the young lady would rant about "mowing them over for points" if it was a tractor in the way. Or would she feel so brave if it was her sister out there on that bike?! The road ways were meant for travel. Read the NCDL handbook. It's the law.
