I'm going to do a 50 mi ride on Sunday, but probably a bit slower than
the usual 2pm group. Below is the approximate plan for the ride.

30 min Warm-up at HR 110 - 135 (13-16 mph)
4 x 15 min at HR 146 - 154 (17 - 19 mph) with 5 min recovery between at
HR 105 - 120 (13-15 mph)
60 min at HR 130 - 145 (14-17 mph)
10 min at HR < 120 (13 - 15 mph)

Speeds are an approximate and would vary based on wind and terrain. The
primary focus is to stay within the HR zones regardless of speed. I have
no preference for route.
