Me, myself and I... Sometimes I have to make believe there are others! We headed out 58. I decided to do a one hour time trial, me was a little concerned over the heat, pollen and the heavy miles accumulated during the week. Myself saw an opportunity to get back a little earlier for refreshments. So off we went. Met Prafka on the way out. Horne's Church, Liles, N.C. 97 back Thompson Chapel. 29 miles total. Winds kept the good numbers away. My excuse anyway. Dang the pollen. Should have gone to the beach with the rest of you! Go Duke! Go Rev! Your cycling spirit is right on! Keep'm coming!
