If you have ever been to Crabtree Mall the road that creedmore turns into is called edwards mill. I have been up this road countless times, but never on a bike. wow...it was 3+ miles of climbing after riding 55+ miles into the wind already(my legs were screaming and all I could think about was BSG...ugh). left on blueridge, left of hillsboro and over to Cameron village where I had a car waiting to drive me back. :-) but not before a good meal and a few recovery drinks at my brothers. I pretty much followed "old" US 1 (bike route) all the way. Finished with 65 miles @20.4 (thanks goodness White Lake is flat cause I might die in a few weeks) other than a few snakes, a dude yelling at me to get on the F-ing side walk and a BMW with a MTB on the back just about taking me out... the ride was great. I hope all MTB's are not like this dude. I'm sure COW's are not. :-) Wed. 5:30 checkers I will be doing another interval ride if anyone wants to join me....
