Jon Anderson won the Roanoke Rapids Sprint Tri this year...not only
did he win he set a course record by almost 2min. He stopped by the Y
yesterday to see if we might still ride even though it was raining.
After hearing his bike times I'm kind of glad we did not. I have a
feeling that he is going to kill White Lake next weekend. as for
me...I just hope to live through it. Congrats Jon
