Kinnie, Amy and I rode this morning at the beach after Kinnie came to my rescue
with a tube. We headed into the wind to Atlantic beach, met another CoW on the
road-Jason-Chris' brother in law, we made the turn and he rode to Coast Guard
with us. Jason did very well and did his share of very strong pulls (Chris, he
told me to say that! ). Kinnie held it together very nicely as we passed the
'scene of the crime' for the first time since the accident. She is as strong as
ever, even though she is nursing a tooth due to the accident and riding the
slow bike.
