I rode out by checkers this evening but no Josh! I cruised along deciding on just doing one of those recovery rides when I spotted another rider in the mirror closing in so I had company. The company ended up being Ronnie. Great!!! Sunday I get DC and Monday I get Ronnie. Double Ouch! We cruised out to Stage Coach back through Elm City for 23 miles. Ronnie would want me to ad that we averaged 21+. The rain caught us before we got home at Airport and 58. We pulled under the gas pump canopy to wait it out a few minutes. A cute blonde drives up asking if we need a lift. Since she was driving a sub-compact we declined. Gives new meaning to being picked up! Anyway, rain lifted and we continued on. End of story!
