Today the Tour goes 184.5 km from Sisteron to Bourg Les Valence.  The
sprinters will be back at it today!  There is only one measured climb,
Col de Cabre, 32 km out, then almost all down hill after that (a real
Broom Wagon course :-)).  As I understand it the course is into the
prevailing wind, could be an issue, just have to wait and see.
Things to watch for:
*       Andy is up on Alberto by only 0:41.  Lots of racing left but
neither can afford to let the other get very far ahead. 
*       With the course mostly down hill and expected to be into the
wind look for bunched up sprints all along the route for green jersey
points.  
*       One point spread between the Polkadot jersey and 2nd ,  we could
see a change there today.
