Or you could just be a wuss. Just kidding. No, really I suggest a week off with
heavy drinking and smoking - then try again. If that doesn't work it's probably
the wuss thing.

...dude, you answered your own
question. Go back to cytomax and
test the waters. And like Ronnie said
make sure you pee clear every time.

Be thankful you have not come down
w/ this respiratory BS that is going around.

How do you feel off the bike?

Being constantly dehydrated could cause those symptoms as fluids are what helps
regulate your body's cooling system. Riding in the heat of the day (1 - 4) will
take its toll really quick.

The more dehydrated you are the higher the heart rate as your heart is
attempting to move more blood to the skin surface to cool it. Ambient heat will
do this too for the same reason.

If you are riding daily in this heat and not constantly drinking on and off the
bike you may be dehydrated.

A dead giveaway is to note the color of your urine. If it isn't clearish to a
very light yellow, you're probably dehydrated.

When riding, a general rule of thumb is a bottle per hour. The hotter it is and
the harder you ride the more you need to drink while riding.

That's my input based on experience. Doc may have different ideas or input.
